Refund/Return Policy

Hunterworks Inc. acting as Hunterworks Outdoors reserves the right to replace or repair any item on this website found to be damaged upon arrival or breaks during the warranty period on those products that have a warranty.

All Returns should be consulted with Hunter beforehand. Email: hunter@hunterworks.com

Any item lost in transit will be dealt with via with the third party shippers. FedEx, USPS, UPS, Freight, ETC.

Upon receipt of your product, you decide you don't like it or it won't work for your application, you may return it for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and you must pay return shipping.

Any item that is not in new condition will not be returnable.

Returns must be within 30 days and processing takes 2 days.
